ESPOO ar putea condamna Ucraina pentru Bistroe la Bucuresti

Ministrul ucrainean al Mediului, Filipciuk Georghi Gheorghiovici, a parasit astazi, precipitat, reuniunea ESPOO de la Bucuresti, desi conferinta se incheie maine. Aceasta inseamna ca se asteapta condamnarea Ucrainei pentru Bistroe.
